For our client from insurance industry we are looking for a Windows Workplace Engineer (m/w/d) with Intune knowhow.
 
The Senior Workplace engineer will be part of the Windows Edition Product team, helping to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.You will be working almost exclusively on entity onboarding, focusing on Profile setup, app integration into Intune & supporting mass migration of the entity.

Duration: 3 month+
Location: 50% Remote, 50% Cologne (2-3 days onsite every week are mandatory)
Capacity: 100%
Language: English (must), German (nice to have), French (nice to have)
Important: Non Business Hours and On-call hours may happen in this engagement after agreement
 
Main tasks
  1. End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
  2. L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
  3. Bug analysis/fixes
  4. Feature development when necessary
  5. Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
Deliverables:
  1. App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
  2. Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
  3. Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
  4. Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured
Must have skills
  1. English C1
  2. Writing skills for documentation purposes
  3. MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
  4. Windows Devices management
  5. Windows Information Protection (WIP)
Nice to have skills
  1. MS Endpoint DLP
  2. McAfee Cloud Proxy
  3. F5 PerApp VPN
  4. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
