For our client we are looking for a QA Team Lead (f/m/d).

Start: 15.12.2025
Duration: 3 months, + wish for a long-term prolongation
Capacity: 80-100%
Location: 75% Remote, 25% Berlin (1 week Berlin / 3 weeks remote in rotation), up to 50% onsite in peak times
Language: English is a must, German is a plus

Objectives:
- Define and Drive QA Strategy and Processes
- Plan, Coordinate, and Execute Testing Activities in Integration Environment
- Monitor Quality and Communicate Progress
- Manage Tools and External QA Services

Skills (must-have):
- Solid experience as a Program QA lead, fully accountable for defining and driving QA strategy, roadmap, and shifting left, proven by accountable and strong project history
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication, ideally in large and complex organizational environments
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum), with practical experience in sprint and quarterly planning
- Expert user of JIRA and Confluence
- Proficiency with QA tools like JIRA, testrails, NFR testing tools, and reporting tools for QA
- Experience in managing a team of 10 QA engineers building automated testing
- Experience in development of communication concept, for addressing and translating complex technical concepts into clear requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills (should-have):
- Experience in building large platforms
- Broad technical understanding of cloud services from AWS, GCP, or Azure, including:
o Kubernetes
o Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
o Observability / Monitoring
