For this position, we can offer a maximum net hourly rate of €50.00 for both on-site and remote work.
Description:
You will support two strategic projects/dashboards: ONE360 and Harmonized Product Adoption Insights (HPI).
ONE360 serves as a centralized workspace that brings together critical insights and tools, enabling teams to proactively manage customer and partner accounts and drive strategic value through informed decision-making.
HPI delivers a harmonized, end-to-end view of customer- and partner-led implementation initiatives across all Solution Areas, supporting streamlined, consolidated reporting at multiple levels of detail.
Scope:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner / Business Consultant to support the development and continuous improvement of our products. In this role, you will work closely with the main Product Owner, business stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
You will help manage the product backlog, clarify user stories, and ensure delivered features align with customer and business value. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure to Agile product development, including methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Main Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups)
- Ensure development teams understand business context and desired outcomes
- Validate delivered features against requirements and acceptance criteria
- Assist in defining product roadmaps and release plans
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support documentation of product decisions and functional specifications
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to frontend development and data fetching
- Defect management: reproduce issues, triage/prioritize, root-cause analysis, verify fixes.
Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in product support, business analysis, project coordination, or similar role
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
