We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and develop Adobe Marketo Engage in a global enterprise environment—combining L2/L3 support, platform operations, and integrations, while helping build internal Marketo competence.

Role : Senior DevOps Engineer (Adobe Marketo) — Prague (Hybrid)

Mode of hiring: Freelance/Contract 

Location: Praha, CZ (hybrid: 3 days/week home office)

Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for Adobe Marketo Engage (global user base).
  • Advise Marketing stakeholders on IT solutions for campaigns, emails, lead scoring/nurturing, landing pages.
  • Manage/consult on the Marketo data model, users, and database (large-scale contact base).
  • Build and maintain integrations (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, analytics, social platforms) using Marketo APIs.
  • Share knowledge, create documentation/runbooks, and upskill the internal team.
Requirements (must-have)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (end-to-end: campaigns, email, scoring, data model, database, APIs/integrations).
  • Experience in DevOps / operations style work (support + build/consulting mindset).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and work independently in a distributed/global setup.
  • Fluent English.
Nice to have
  • Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Dynamics integration experience.
  • Experience with analytics or social media platforms.
