Framework Parameters

Workload: 100% full-time
Work Location: 96% remote, occasional on-site travel to project locations (e.g., Düsseldorf)

Project Description
Our client is a leading global enterprise leveraging innovative cloud-based solutions for digital transformation. Within a strategic initiative to modernize and expand its cloud-based platforms, we are looking for an experienced .NET Fullstack Developer to directly support the development team and serve as a full-fledged team member.
The focus is on designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and frontend components that are tightly integrated with existing cloud infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, active participation in sprint planning and refinements, and the ability to think and execute end-to-end solutions. This position is essential for accelerating project delivery and reducing dependencies within the team.
 
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain Azure-based .NET backend services (Digital Twin sync, scheduling, command orchestration)
  2. Implement end-to-end flows for remote control processes – cloud to controller
  3. Design and develop web-based applications using modern frameworks (Angular frontend, .NET backend) integrated with Azure Cloud infrastructure
  4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
  6. Develop automated tests and support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Docker) to ensure reliable and efficient deployment
  7. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing support for existing applications
  8. Integrate cybersecurity best practices into all phases of the development lifecycle (authentication, authorization, data protection)
  9. Active participation in sprint planning, refinements, and daily standups – acting as a full team member
  10. Work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with product teams and FastTrack team members
  11. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and contribute to continuous process improvement
 
Experience & SkillsRequired:
 
Professional Experience:
  1. 5+ years of experience in application or solution development
  2. Proven track record in implementing cloud-native applications
  3. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform
  4. Proven experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
  5. Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first design patterns
 
Technical Skills:
  1. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C# for frontend and backend applications
  2. Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, .NET)
  3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, GraphQL and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, MQTT)
  4. Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines)
  5. Understanding of secure software design, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and data protection
  6. Fluent English communication skills (project language)
 
Desirable:
  1. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and OpenTelemetry
  2. Experience with Digital Twin technologies and IoT platforms
  3. Knowledge of building IoT end-to-end solutions (device to cloud to application)
  4. Experience with Kafka or MQTT messaging protocols
  5. DevSecOps and advanced CI/CD pipeline management
  6. Container orchestration (Kubernetes)
  7. Working experience in global enterprises on complex, mission-critical projects
