Objective

 
Execution of recruiting project phases through defined deliverables and result-oriented services.
 
The core objective of this assignment is the development and execution of a distinct, specialized talent acquisition strategy (e.g., advanced digital active sourcing / specialized headhunting methodology / international talent scouting), which operates entirely independent of, and complementary to, the client's internal day-to-day recruitment operations.
 
The contractor is solely responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of the agreed work packages. The services shall be rendered free from any organizational integration into the client's internal HR structures and without any disciplinary or functional subordination.


Work Package 1 – Job Advertisement Management

  1. Independent creation and delivery of finalized job advertisement drafts based on initial project requirements specification provided by the client
  2. Publication of approved job advertisements on agreed external channels and independent delivery of publication verification documentation
 

Work Package 2 – Sourcing & Market Analysis

  1. Execution of external active sourcing activities for defined target groups and delivery of structured candidate outreach reports
  2. Comprehensive market mapping and talent pool creation for agreed target functions, including the independent compilation and delivery of candidate databases and market insight reports
 

Work Package 3 – Candidate Screening & Profile Handling

  1. Independent screening and quality assessment of incoming applications against pre-defined qualification criteria and delivery of structured pre-selection evaluation reports
  2. Selection, compilation, and delivery of qualified candidate profiles suitable for presentation to the client's respective departments
 

Work Package 4 – Process Coordination & Documentation

  1. Preparation and delivery of standardized interview coordination proposals and candidate communication templates for the client's internal use
  2. Regular delivery of analytical sourcing and recruiting activity reports, including pipeline status and sourcing effectiveness metrics
  3. Creation and delivery of final project documentation summarizing the activities performed, outputs delivered, and project results achieved
