Project Description
The EDP team is developing an internal platform to support software product teams across Elia Group. • Specification and prioritization: Product Management collects and analyzes insights from development teams and stakeholders, transforming them into clear product specifications, documented features, and prioritized user stories— always focused on delivering maximum business value.
• Strategic product planning: Through rigorous scoping, requirement management, and driving precise specifications, Product Management guarantees that platform products create meaningful impact for both users and the organization.
