For our client we are looking for a Product Owner (f/m/d) for cloud-native DevSecOps toolchains.
 
Start: asap
Duration: 3 months, + wish for a long-term prolongation
Capacity: 100%
Location: 75% Remote, 25% Frankfurt or Berlin (1 week Frankfurt / 3 weeks remote in rotation), up to 50% onsite in peak times
Language: English is a must, German is a plus
 
Role:
The Product Line is responsible for a product portfolio central to the program, consisting of an Infrastructure as a Service Product, a managed Kubernetes Service, a resource management service to facilitate scalable management of platform permissions and a service lifecycle workflow engine enabling.
The team also provides a centralized Observability as a Service Offering and builds the central container image registry and deployment tooling for all Kubernetes based deployements.
All services together constitute a core part of an on-premise private cloud platform for all business applications of the client, including?IT/OT critical
applications required for maintaining and operating KRITIS infrastructure. For the whole product portfolio, the product line owns the complete product flow, from product management, architecture, delivery up until Tier 3 operations.?
 
Objectives / Tasks:
- Define and drive the Product Strategy and Portfolio for your product
- Develop and maintain Product and Release Specifications
- Management of Product Backlog and Documentation
 
Skills (must-have):
- Experience on building a developer platform, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and release processes for cloud native applications as a developer or DevOps engineer
- Proven Project experience either as PO or developer/engineer at a transmission system operator in the context of critical systems (System Operations, onprem IT Infrastructure for Operations)
- Experience in large and complex organizational environments and communicating information to various stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum), with practical experience in sprint and quarterly planning
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring effective backlog management, documentation, and cross-team alignment
- Proven ability to deliver core Product Management artifacts (roadmaps, product specifications, feature backlogs, product descriptions, etc.)
 
Skills (should-have):
- Broad technical understanding of cloud services from AWS, GCP, or Azure, including:
o Kubernetes
o Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
o Observability / Monitoring
