For our client we are looking for a Product Owner (f/m/d) platform-related products for cloud-native DevSecOps toolchains.

 

Start: April 2026

Duration: 3 months, + wish for a long-term prolongation

Capacity: 100%

Location: 75% Remote, 25% Frankfurt or Berlin (1 week Frankfurt / 3 weeks remote in rotation), up to 50% onsite in peak times

Language: English is a must, German is a plus

 

Role:

At Developer 4 Platform (d4p) the focus is on providing products and services that empower Engineering and Operations stakeholders under a program, propping up the needs of Product Engineering.

D4P is committed to delivering, managing, and optimizing essential DevOps tools, which facilitate seamless continuous integration (CI), continuous

development (CD), and delivery across the platform and its services.

 

Objectives / Tasks:

- Translate product strategy into actionable backlog and deliver value incrementally

- Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria to enable development

- Own and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize delivered value

 

Skills (must-have):

- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams on developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and release automation

- Experience in owning and prioritizing a product backlog for technical/platform products, translating product strategy into executable increments.

- Experience in large and complex organizational environments and communicating information to various stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the target audience

- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum), with practical experience in sprint and quarterly planning

- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring effective backlog management, documentation, and cross-team alignment

- Proven ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for technical product

- Experience in facilitating workshops, translating and deriving product requirements from technical concepts for different requirement groups

 

Skills (should-have):

- Experience working with QA/test automation or Service Desk tooling in a product delivery context

- Broad technical understanding of cloud services from AWS, GCP, or Azure, including:

o Kubernetes

o Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

o Observability / Monitoring
