Consultant must take following responsibility for Royalty Management Solution and as well as specilization on 3rd party Legal Licenssing and Intercompany (ICO) Royalty Management processes:

• Subject matter expert for Settlement Management, FI/CO and Tax related topics for Royallty Management. Including solution implementation, E2E validation, business support.
• Subject matter expert for Legal Licensing and ICO Royalty processes and functions. Including solution implementation, E2E validation, business support.
• Subject matter expert for Legal Licensing and ICO Royalty operational reporting (custom ABAP reporting or SAP BI). Including solution implementation, E2E validation, business support.
• Primary support for ICO Royalty during quarter end closing periods (on call may be required)
• Perform regular data quality checks for data distribution into BW, CO-PA and custom Legal Licensing / ICO Royalties Reporting Tools
• Configuration of IP Owners for ICO Royalty
• Half yearly SOX Audit support

Key applications are SAP Settlement Management, SAP FI/CO, SAP BI and ABAP OO used in the context of 3rd Party Licensing and Royalty Management.

Deliverables:

• The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently:

• Monitoring and administration tasks
• All necessary information and documents will be provided by SAP in advance.

MUST have ALL the following skills:

• Experienced SAP FI - GL, AR, AP
• Experienced SAP CO - CO, PCA, CCA, COPA
• Experienced SAP FICA - both AR and AP
• Experienced in input and output tax process
• Experienced in extended withholding tax
• Experienced in Intercompany business process
• Advanced knowledge in SAP BI (BW), especially extraction
• Advanced knoweldge (technofucntional) in SAP Settlement Management
• Advanced knowledge in SAP SD - technofunctional
• E2E BRIM (consumption) - SOM through CC to CI/FICA functional process
• ABAP development / debugging
