We are looking for a Senior / Principal SAP Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) Consultant to support a fast-paced logistics workstream focused on delivering a functional CTO+ Proof of Concept environment.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. The focus is not only on presenting SAP functionality, but on delivering story-based, value-driven solutions that demonstrate how SAP AVC can support complex product configuration scenarios across the digital thread.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate scalable SAP AVC configuration models for complex products
- Model characteristics, classes, constraints, and rule-based configuration logic
- Support CTO / CTO+ scenarios across engineering, manufacturing, and sales processes
- Work with product structures including TPS, BOM, variant structures, and TOS
- Collaborate with stakeholders from business, engineering, and IT
- Translate business and engineering requirements into system-driven configuration logic
- Ensure data consistency across integrated S/4HANA processes
- Support integration points across SD, MM, PS, and PP
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in SAP Advanced Variant Configuration
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA configuration
- Deep understanding of Configure-to-Order / CTO+ scenarios
- Experience with complex product structures, BOMs, and variant configuration
- Ability to replace legacy variant approaches with modular, scalable configuration models
- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP experience
Project Environment
This is a high-energy, collaborative engagement within a logistics workstream. The consultant will contribute to a functional CTO+ PoC environment and help shape value-driven SAP AVC solutions for complex product configuration needs.
